Jilin International Union Group Co., Ltd (briefly called International Union Group in the following) is a comprehensive state solely-invested enterprise group with the first-level real estate development under Jilin provincial government. The International Union Group was founded in July1988 with registered capital of 50,000,000 RMB and total assets of nearly 1.5 billion RMB. Now the International Union Group has about 600 employees, of whom the employees above the academic credential of junior college occupy 71% of the total number of employees, and the employees above the secondary technical title occupy 55%.

Through more than 10 years of development, the International Union Group has a coordinated operating system from real estate design and construction, project supervision to building materials production, decoration, realty management, agency and consultation, foreign trade, etc., through the operating mode taking capital as the link, based on humanistic management and regarding interests as the guide, in the operating ideas of “seeking to survive in the quality and develop in elaborate goods”. In addition, the International Union Group is enhancing the planning of projects to be developed and land resources reserve, forming the coordinated operating strategy of real estate such as land reserve, real estate development and realty management. The projects of real estate that the International Union Group develops include: Xichang residential area, Guilin residential area, Tianbao residential area, Liutiao Road residential area, Congzhi Road residence and office building, procuratorate office building, etc.; Changchun Film Palace established in 1992, Chongqing Road residential area, Changchun Shangrila Hotel, Zhuozhan Times Shopping Mall, International Union Center, Huida Mansion, 8 Buildings 20-story residential buildings and Changchun Wanda Shopping Mall in 1993; Jilin International Union Concrete Development Co., Ltd organized by the joint venture of the International Union Group and Pacific Concrete Milling Company in 1994, which becomes one of the biggest commodity concrete producing enterprises after technological innovation.

In order to keep sustainable development and improve the scientific and technological content of projects, the Agricultural Biological Technology Development Co., Ltd of Jilin International Union Group was founded in 1998, which introduced modern flower planting facilities from the Netherlands and built the project of Changchun New and Hi-tech Agricultural Demonstration Zone. The project, covering a planned area of 130 hectares, with the total investment of 483 million RMB, of which the investment of 150 million RMB has been accomplished, can be called the biggest base of flower production, group cultivation and scientific research in the

whole country. The project is listed in one of the important projects of Jilin Province, and the Company is awarded “National Special Germchits Base” by the State Department of Forestry. The facilities that the project has accomplished include: a complete set of functional self-controlled environmental warm house with an area of 40,000 square meters imported from the Netherlands, a 2800-square meter advanced group cultivation center with the annual group cultivation capacity of 30,000,000 trees, a complete-function automatic fresh keeping room with an area of 3000 cubic meters introduced from the Netherlands, and an Europe-style scientific research building with an area of 6800 square meters. In addition, the Company owns a separate flower research institute and organizes the advisory panel consisting of market operating specialists and farming and forestry colleges and universities. A world germchits and seeds breeding base is taking on in the northern spring city of China.
